Here's my 2025 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: From a January store visit with my Bengaluru team to shipping AI tooling updates in Budapest last week, 2025 was all about staying close to the people and places that matter most. 🚀 Here's what stood out: 🤖 Scaled AI tooling across our ecosystem Tabnine, Docker AI Model Runner, GPT-5 powered tools — we moved from experiments to daily habits for 2,500+ engineers. Always with security, guardrails, and human-on-the-loop at the centre. 📊 Made developer happiness a leading indicator This post captured it best: "Developer happiness is no soft metric; it has a direct impact on productivity and retention." We backed it up by measuring happiness alongside DORA and Core 4 using DX surveys, focus groups, and 1:1s. https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7329237986858971136/ 🌏 Deepened global collaboration Team weeks in Bengaluru and Budapest reminded me the best ideas emerge when brilliant minds are in the same room — whether whiteboarding architecture or cheering RCB to their first IPL title together! 🎯 Showcased our work externally Incredibly proud of the Tesco Business Solutions Hungary team for presenting our Internal Developer Portal and DevBot at the Craft Build Conference. 🛠️ Stayed hands-on Built nathanluxford.com, self-hosted luxford.xyz with Coolify.io, and overhauled luxford.tech using Google Labs Jules. Keeping a builder mindset keeps me connected to what developers experience daily.
