Here's my 2025 LinkedIn Rewind, by Coauthor.studio: Happy New Year, friends and colleagues! 2025 was TRULY about connecting—people, projects, and purpose—and I'm grateful as we kick off 2026. Looking back, a few themes stand out from my first full year leading business development for Benham's Government Design Division: Building the team: We kept hiring front-and-center all year. If you saw my posts, you know the refrain—we're growing here at Haskell/Benham, and I'm still looking for experienced Architects in St. Louis who want to lead design teams supporting federal clients. SAME engagement: From JETC in Louisville to IPRS in Honolulu to SBC in Phoenix, I had the privilege of representing Benham at multiple Society of American Military Engineers events. These gatherings remain invaluable for connecting with government and industry partners—and catching up with friends across the A/E/C community. SkillBridge advocacy: Having completed the Hiring Our Heroes program myself, I continued championing DoD SkillBridge for both transitioning Servicemembers and employers looking for top talent. If you're curious about the program, reach out—I'm happy to share my experience. A few highlights from the year: JETC in Louisville—great conversations with fellow engineers: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7325282841833984000/ Charleston trip representing the Benham-Mead & Hunt JV: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7396182076296843264/ SAME SBC in Phoenix—a success on so many levels: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7398407032804007936/ Year-end shout out to my "battle buddy" Scott Preston, P.E., PMP: https://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7407384429184290816/ Thank you to the SAME community, our JV partners, and everyone who connected, collaborated, or simply said hello at a booth this year. It made all the difference. We're hiring here at Haskell. I'd love to help you get an interview—DM me or follow the careers link if you're interested. Looking forward to building more together in 2026. Will YOU be at an upcoming SAME event? What if posting felt like this every week?

You just saw what happens when AI actually understands how you write. Coauthor helps professionals write LinkedIn posts year-round that actually sound like them, not like ChatGPT.

Here's how it works:

Morning: Topical post ideas land in your inbox, selected for you and your audience

5 minutes later: You review a full post written in your voice, tweak a few words, hit publish

Over time: Coauthor learns from your feedback and gets sharper with every edit

Most professionals know they should post more. The ones who actually do have a system.
